Calm Mind Online Group Session £6

Service Description

You are booking a place on one Calm Mind Group Session for the date chosen. This session is a calming, 40 minute hypnotherapy based meditative session which will help reduce anxiety and leave you feeling relaxed. You will be taken on a wonderful journey using positive language and soothing music. The beauty of these sessions is that you don't need to leave home & you don't have to drive home afterwards. All you need to do is get yourself comfortable in a safe place where you wont be disturbed and where you can stay and sleep afterwards if you prefer. If you feel you need more support I am available for questions I will stay on-line for 5 minutes after the session.

Cancellation Policy
