Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available if the appointment is cancelled at least 72hrs before the start of the appointment. Any missed appointments not cancelled within the deadline above will not be transferable or refundable. A zoom link is also included in all "in person" appointments to ensure sessions can still go ahead when there is bad weather, travel, transport or health issues with transport. For face to face appointments please arrive 5 minutes before your start time to ensure you benefit from a full session. Unfortunately if you arrive late for your appointment (face to face or on-line) your session will have to be shorter to ensure any following clients are not impacted.
