Hypnotherapy for Intrusive Unhelpful Thoughts
I first came to Sue, not knowing what to expect or how it was going to help in any way shape or form. After only the first session I realised that opening up to someone was key and Sue made me feel so comfortable I probably overshared at times. My mind was so confused and all over the place when I first turned up but after the sessions I always felt more at ease driving home. After the full program we had formed a great bond and I was sad to leave, but one thing i did know was that I was at the completely opposite end of the spectrum to when I first turned up. I was happier and mentally healthier than I have ever been before. I would highly recommend Sue to anybody needing someone to talk to or to delve deep into your mind to reconnect certain areas to ensure a long and happy life. Sue really did save me at a horrific time of my life and I will always be thankful for that! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Hypnotherapy helped anxiety & overwhelm
I highly recommend The Willows Hypnotherapy. Sue made me feel very comfortable & at ease during all of my sessions. I could discuss my feelings & anxieties freely. Sue listened carefully & supported me at each stage - when I laughed & cried!
Sue helped me to reflect on the positives I couldn't see. She really helped me to gain back control, resulting in me getting my confidence back. I was unsure about the hypnosis part but this became one of my favorite parts of the session.
Sue has a very calming & soothing voice so I was able to relax, reflect & plan and also practise calm and control. I can't thank Sue enough, helping me get back to being myself & giving me a toolkit for future fears & anxieties.

Help for a Fear of Spiders
Just wanted to say again a massive thank you for your work with X. Have really noticed the difference, especially over the past 2 weeks with it being school holidays. X now uses our downstairs toilet, something that they haven't done since living here as there are usually spiders.
I haven’t seen them checking rooms before walking into them &, most significantly, they noticed a spider on the stairs the other day, walked past it & calmly asked me to move it, not kill it. For me that is huge!
Thank you SO much & I shall certainly be praising your services to everyone who I can.

Positive Friendly Hypnotherapy Sessions
I had a really positive group of 8 sessions with The Willows Hypnotherapy, I would (and regularly do) highly recommend! I was impressed from the start with Sues understanding and explanation of 'how the brain works'. I love learning so felt like I was gaining a positive experience right from the very beginning and that continued all the way through, gaining something new and helpful with each session. Sue is incredible at explaining complex things to do with how the brain works in an easy to understand and engaging manner, and this is what lead to these sessions far exceeding any expectations I had. The sessions always felt positively focused. It was a very warm, friendly and comfortable environment. Booking was easy to do online. If someone reading this is interested but unsure I'd definitely suggest giving an initial consultation a go. Thank you very much Sue... The Only One Who Helped Me
I will admit to being sceptical about hypnotherapy, I remember the awful stage shows from years ago. Be assured it is absolutely nothing like that! What I actually experienced with Sue was warm, caring, supportive, enlightening & entirely positive. Each session was entirely within my control, I was guided by Sue in her professional, relaxed & amusing way. Each session was explained in ways I could grasp, with many times feeling my understanding switch on completely , I could physically & mentally feel a shift after each visit. She has a gift for making you feel so important & all your feelings valid, yet she challenges you in this safe environment, & makes you re-frame your thinking in practical ways I had never experienced. After trying other ways to work on my anxiety Sue is the only one who has helped me make a real difference, its on going for me yet I can see the light. I now have tools to really help ,my thinking has made a huge positive transition. I cannot thank her enough for helping me find the person I was before anxiety came calling. Sue has made a new woman out of me 😀 For last 18 months i had lost confidence with travelling / going out. Sue has given me the understanding of how your brain works with both negative and positive thoughts and how to deal with the negatives and to turn them in to positives. This has transformed my life. Sue really breaks things down - lets you cry if you need to. You come away from the sessions feeling confident and relaxed. I know she will be there again if i need a top up :). Highly recommened

Help with Exam Anxiety
Dear Sue, Both R & I would like to thank y ou so much for your help dealing with his exams & test anxiety. His recent assessments have been much more relaxed, with less worry & upset for both of us.
I know that R will be able to put all you taught him (& me) into practice for this mocks in January & GSCE's next Summer. Hopefully his results will be as impressive.

Motivated to Change With Hypnotherapy
I have been seeing Sue over a number of weeks and it has been really beneficial for my overall well being. Each week we have progressed with the therapy I have been motivated to make small changes. The trance session, whilst calming & relaxing has a very positive message which makes you think about your outlook, understanding yourself & being confident with who you are.
