Step 2: Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation, is where we explore more detail by looking at how what's been happening in your life may be affecting how your brain is reacting.

This appointment is designed to help you start to make sense of why you feel the way you do. You'll also gain an understanding of how solution focused hypnotherapy works & how sessions are structured.
​We’ll address any concerns or myths about hypnotherapy, map out your goals, & tailor a clear plan to move forward.

Step 3: Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing sessions are designed to build gradually on the progress made each week.
​
Sessions are normally held weekly to help maintain consistency, build momentum and allow the brain time to begin responding differently over time.
​
Each session includes supportive forward-focused conversation, explanations about how the brain responds to challenges including supporting research, & strategies to help you feel calmer & more in control.
Sessions include a deeply relaxing, focused state to help quieten the mind, reduce mental overload & reinforce the positive progress being made during the sessions.
Some clients arrange sessions individually, while others choose more structured programs designed around specific issues such as phobias, sleep difficulties or anxiety-related issues.
The most appropriate approach depends on the issue , your goals and the level of support needed, which we discuss together during the Initial Consultation.
