The Initial Consultation - In Person

Service Description

The Initial Consultation gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other. I want all my clients to feel comfortable with me so they feel that they can be open & honest. During this session we will spend some time chatting about what has brought you to The Willows. You will have plenty of time to discuss how you feel, your symptoms, what you want to achieve and how you want to feel; your opportunity to talk and my time to listen. Then it swaps round and I do a bit of talking, gathering up key information to help build a personalised treatment plan. We will look at the brain, it's still me doing the talking but it is interesting stuff. I will take you through how the brain works, how depression, anxiety, OCD, phobia's etc. are created & what we can do about stopping those symptoms. It's an informative and straightforward explanation that has helped many clients realise there is a solution. I will then explain what solution focused hypnotherapy is, it's origins and how it works. This will include an explanation of trance, a guide of the number of sessions that will be needed and finally what you will need to do to take yourself forward to a better future, after all this will be team work and your commitment to the process is essential. There is absolutely no commitment to go forward with treatment, either way you will leave feeling informed, knowing much more about how your brain is affecting you and relaxed about Hypnotherapy. All clients must book an initial consultation before proceeding with treatment

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available if the appointment is cancelled at least 72hrs before the start of the appointment. Any missed appointments not cancelled within the deadline above will not be transferable. A zoom link is also included in all "in person" appointments to ensure sessions can still go ahead when there is bad weather or issues with transport. I thank you very much for your understanding.
