Service Description
You are booking a course of 5 x 1.5 hours sessions for an expectant mother & her birth partner ideally anytime from 20 weeks in your pregnancy. My hypnobirthing sessions teach techniques such as relaxation and managing the sensations of pain and discomfort enabling you to maintain a perception of control. Birth partners are encouraged to attend so they can understand their role and how their support can impact the birthing experience. 1 booking is for 1 pregnant person & their birth partner.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule 72 hours ahead of the start time of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and any missed appointments not cancelled within the deadline above will not be transferable. I thank you very much for your understanding.
