Through the different stages of my life — as a teenager, a young adult, a wife, a working Mum & now a working empty nester — I’ve seen how life can bring its own pressures, often while everything looks fine on the outside.

​Like many people I work with, there have been times where things have felt overwhelming, where confidence has taken a big knock, sleep hasn’t come easily, and life has just felt harder than it should. ​Those experiences are a big part of why I do what I do now. They mean I don’t just understand this from a professional point of view — I understand how you actually feel.
