Where I can help
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps clients by using a combination of psychotherapy techniques and relaxing trance. I can facilitate the process of recovery and by explaining how the brain works, why & how issues are created my client's are active & engaged in all the sessions. This process allows the client to understand exactly how they can help themselves and how they can think more clearly, rationally.
